after effects 2015 rejecting nvidia GPU
Posted by Sulaiman Arsalai on August 4, 2015 at 4:33 amGPU is greyed out and up to date CUDA driver is not being recognized. The fx4800 is on Adobes list of approved GPUs. Is this a common issue or is my machine having problems?

August 5, 2015 at 9:58 am1) This will only help you if you’re using the ray-tracing renderer. (Even then, the FX 4800 will not be a high-performance card.)
2) CUDA 7.x does not support the aging Quadro FX 4800. Do as the CUDA driver suggests in your screenshot and install 6.5.x.
