  How to make a background video like this link?

  Dear Community,

  How do you make a video background like the links i provided below?

  1.Bokeh Effect?

  For the “Pierce The Veil-Just The Way You Are” (link above), I am assuming that you have to use particles to have that blizzard effect (with line shaped particle) and street light bokeh effect (with circular shaped particle)
  But HOW??
  What other effects do I have to stack to create that “bokeh effect”? I thought they needed to be out of focus so I used camera blur, it didn’t work so I tried different lens in the camera setting it still didn’t do anything either.

  2.Glowing bokeh effect

  The same exact effect has been used on this video except they are a little different from each other.. the same question, how do you do this???

  Ive done tons of research and I can’t find out how to create that effect. Can you guys help? Thanks!

  Both videos are probably done with “Trapcode Particular.”
