Hi, I just saw this new music video and I would like to know how to make effect like this?

and things like that. It is the same effect, I know, just of few shots they realy look expensive.

That’s actually mostly done in-camera. They are actors holding as still as possible, with movement cut around and possibly composited over. Note the swishing liquid in the lady’s glass at ~0:34-0:37.
The shot is tracked and solved in 3D with particles added in.
