    Hi All,

I have a licence for Video Copilot Element 3D and have been using it with no problems. I recently purchased a GTX 770 graphics card, which will not run on Lion, so i bought a new 2T drive, and installed Mountain Lion, and have been reinstalling all of my software. I tried to install VC Element 3D however it told me that my licence limit have been reached. I have, as far as im aware uninstalled it from the old boot drive and from my laptop, including the Video Copilot folder located in the application support folder.

Yet when im asked to activate Element 3D in after effects, i still get the “licence limit reached”! I have also tried to activate manually……same result……

It seems that many people are having the same problem. yet no solution!! I have commercial deadlines…as usual!!

    VIDEO COPILOT…….or anyone…….PLEASE HELP!!

    Thanks all,
    Nick
