  Rendering Problems

  Hello im New here at Creative Cow.net and to After Effects.
  I know there are a Million Threads on the Subject Rendering but i Coul Not finde one which could help me.

  My Problem well i followed the Blue Planet Tutorial from VideoCopilot.net. Went all fine. When i went to Render with Quicktime at Best QUality it Renderd. But when i open it in QUicktime. It came out right. Even the size i wantet but the Quality was Horrable. But it was the same size as in After Effects. And in After Effects the Quality was Good. Now i need a Good Quality wich i can View on DVD and My Computer without Changing the Size drasticly.

  Help would Be Appriciatet.

  I have The Problame When I Rendering my Video Clip is Dropframe that I Changed My Video clip to Upper Field.
