  Illustrator pencil effect

  Hi,
  My English is not very good…so I’m sorry for that,but I’ve got a question about an effect.
  Is it possible to create this style in Illustrator, like this drawn picture?:

  I can’t see any detail in that image. The small image looks like a photo put through the Photoshop photocopier effect.
