Anchoring end of SVG?
I’m new to illustrator CS6 and trying to work my way through a task. I’m trying to overlay a gps track on top of a map layer. I’ve captured the GPS track of a trail and converted it to an SVG with https://www.gpsvisualizer.com. Up until now I’ve been jumping from one end of the svg to the other and scaled, moved and rotated until both ends line up with the correct place on the map layer. This is time consuming with lots of tweaking to get it right. What I would really like to do, but can’t figure out how, is to take one end of the track and anchor it to the correct spot on the map layer then grab the other end and drag it to it’s other position.
Any help would not only be grateful but very time saving.
Thanks
