  Paint Brush stuck on 5 pt Flat

  I’m trying to paint some detail into trees. No matter what brush tip I try to give the paint brush tool, it reverts back to 5 pt Flat as soon as i make a stroke.

  Can anyone tell me why this might be and how to fix?

  i would suggest trashing your prefs. that usually solves most issues of this nature.
