  create phone transitions in after effects

  Is it possible to use After Effects to create phone app transitions and animations?
  I have seen that app UI’s can be mocked up using After Effects but is there a way of using them in the actual app?

  I’d guess no. But that’s just a guess. Ask a phone developer; they’ll know.

  However, the reason my guess is no is that AE creates video files. A transition in an app isn’t a video at all. Actual assets are moving.
