  Overlay won’t print

  I have a linked file object in my document acting as a texture map for the layer below it. I have that top layer over an object with a gradient. I have the linked file set to “overlay” in the transparency tool. Everything looks fine on screen – the way I want it – but when I try to print, the file comes out as if there were no texture overlay. No other problems… just no texture. I’ve done the same thing in another document with no issues. What’s going on?

  Have you checked that the layer has the printing option on?
