  create a printable color guide from palette

  Is there any tool (adobe or other, free or paid) to quickly generate a printable and editable color guide from swatches palette?

  By color guide I mean a table (rows and columns) of squares around 100x100px each and under each square there should be the hexadecimal color code, or color number (if it is from pantone etc). The color number should be selectable and editable.

  Is there any tool like this ?
