    Hi,

I have been working on a logo for a client (a church) and just got an email for them saying, “Hey, I hope the logo is going well. Btw, my neighbor just sketched these and I love it. Let’s go with this idea.” Here is the photo:

I really don’t mind it, and I’m ready to get this logo thing done. So the fact that someone did this I am happy. But I tried a couple of ways convert this and not a whole lot of luck. I was able to use Live Trace and Expand, so it technically worked but look bad. I also cleaned it up in photoshop a little first.

Also, I am actually a Video guy, so the bulk of the work was supposed to be Motion Graphics which means that I need to take this finished logo put color on it them animate it in AE. That I feel more comfortable with. It is the getting the logo done that is driving me crazy!

If y’all had this, how would you take this sketch and make a logo out of it?

    Thanks for your help!! 🙂
