  • How do you extend multiple layers to a marker

Ciao from miraculously still warm & sunny York UK 🙂

Whilst the above link illustrates my problem here goes… In After effects CC i want to extend mutiple layers to 5 mins. I added a marker at 5 mins but had to manually extend each layer by right clicking (on the layer) and time stretching to 5 mins.

Is there a quicker way of doing this? I was hoping I could just add a marker and extend all layers up to that marker but i just cant figure it out 🙁

Is there a quicker technique to extend multiple layers to a specific marker?

    Thanks in advance,
    David

Alt+] extends the out point of selected layers to the current time indicator. (Alt+[ does the same with the in point.)

For footage layers, you’ll have to stretch or enable time-remapping if your out point would extend beyond the layer’s time extents.
