  Illustrator to AE question

  I’m a noob with Illustrator and I’m trying to do a text morph and then export it for use in AE like Dan Ebberts did in his tutorial on the Cow. Problem is that he did in version 9.0. I’m using CS4 and the commands are different.

  Can anyone give me the steps to do this? I seem to be able to blend the two letters but I’m stuck after that.
