  Raster to Vector?

  I am trying to change a simple black and white logo that was created using Photoshop and transform it to an EPS file. Can Illustrator do this? I am working with Illustrator 10, and have very limited knowlege of it, so go easy on the expaining if you can help.
  I do have some Photoshop skills.

  Upgrade (or download) latest version (even demo) and use livetrace feature
