    Hello All,

I have this logo that was created for me a few years back, unfortunately I only have a small web size file. I have been trying to recreate it at higher rez for other uses. Does anyone have any idea what filters were used on the logo? I don’t seem to have much luck with my limited photoshop experience in figuring out how it was done. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like some strokes, that have been blurred, then had a glow applied (likely a dupicate copy blurred additionally, then its blending mode set to Add or Screen)

Looks alot like the glowing edges glass effect in DVD workshop by Ulead.

You usually want vector quality for a logo so may want to do this in illustrator. Illustrator has a neon graphic style, but to get closer to this you can go to:

    https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/#loc=en_us&view=sn100&viewName=Adobe%20Exchange&avm=1
and download a glowing glass style for illustrator.

The blob in the middle on top of the logo you will need to do with the transparency palette opacity mask.
