  Illustrator 10 problem!

  Here is my problem…. When creating a file in Illustrator 10.0, I use placed images from Photoshop 7.0. These images have transparent backgrounds. The Illustrator file looks fine, until I save it as a PDF (Acrbat 6.0). When I open the PDF file, the placed images appear to have white backgrounds (blocking out other aspects of the file), not transparent. This problem did not exist a year ago (using the same programs). The only thing that has changed is the computer I use. Any help would be appreciated!

  Check out “clipping path” in the manual.
