HI all I’m pretty new to illustrator as I was a freehand user before. I would like to know how to punnch objects in illustrator as I one does in freehand i.e. seperate and object in the shape if the object that has been placed above it.

    Thanks

Use the pathfinder palette, the options are similar to Freehand.

We own a Epson R200 which prints to paper and has an adaptor for printing on discs, well, now the new Ill. CS has given us a new print set up page which is pretty cool except for the fact that it doesnt give us an option for different media-glossy paper, palin paper, disc color etc. I was hoping you might know what i’m talking about and help. Thanks
