  Vector Paths in Illustrator CS 2 12.0

  Im trying to use 3d Invigorator in After Effects and Im trying to remembe how to create vector paths in Illustrator…I think I was previously using an older version of Illustrator. I’m opening eps files as well as creating text from scratch and I remember with the eps file you need to ungroup the layers…which I have done ….but I still need to creat vector paths…please help when you can. Thanks
