  Illustrator CS2 Tracing vs Streamline

  Is the new vector trace tool in Illustrator CS2 function the same as Streamline? Was about to order Stremline and noticed that a possible upgrade to CS2 would do the same job. Anyone have info or experience with this? THANKS
