    I’m trying to figure out how to make abstract edits that look like this with two very distinct colors throughout the entire image.
    I think this can be achieved through color range, but I’m not sure how to make images have an effect like this.

    Try playing around with the posterise and negative effects, alter the opacity of the effects and play around with the sliders. You can get some amazing results.
