Resizing a mosaic pattern border in Photoshop CC 2020
I am a new user of Photoshop and InDesign and need advice as to resizing a narrow mosaic patterned border I am placing all around the edges of a book cover I am designing. I’m having a problem trying to link a pdf of the border as it exists now.
I want to make the border itself even narrower, like half the width it is now, plus extend it in all directions so it is continuous all around the perimeter of the cover.
Note the square four petal design that is on the ends of the L-shaped borders. I want to remove and paste those only in the centers of each border (top, bottom, and each side) to act as dividers between the arrow shaped designs because you can see those go in opposite directions.
I’m setting up the cover on a booklet I’m creating in InDesign. The size of that booklet is 6×8 inches and I’m planning a 1/4 inch margin all around. What’s the first step in this process? thank you
