  Incremental changes in Photoshop with stylus don’t register.

  Here’s a link showing the issue I’m having.

  Basically, my Photoshop just updated and reset a bunch of settings. Now when I try to make small incremental changes of ANY kind in Photoshop, it doesn’t register them and the thing I’m trying to adjust remains the same. This is the case with small changes of colour, brush opacity, anything. Driving me insane.

  Current version of Photoshop, windows 10.

  Here is another video showing me trying to adjust the brush opacity slider to no avail.
