I want to use the cell shapes from the Stained Glass filter to dynamically replace the stroke of something. I know how I would do something similar in Adobe After Effects, but I’m trying my best to keep this project entirely within Photoshop.

Here is a picture of the type of thing I’m going for – notice how the edging is reminiscent of the Stained Glass filter.

I want this type of thing to generate dynamically (or at the very least, just a few clicks) as I am making a template which will frequently change shapes, and I don’t want to re-punch out those shapes every time I want a new draft.
