  Crop pic into circle?

  I’ve been trying to crop this pic into a circle for a while now with no luck and I don’t know where else to turn. I’ve tried on Photoshop and failed miserably, I’ve even used those “crop pic to circle” websites and didn’t have any luck. Could someone please crop this into a circle for me?
  (I’d like to get crop out the black and outter blue “glow”)

  It is good for the work to be done but it is better to gather the knowledge to do it ☺

  All you have to do is not cropping – but selection. Circular selection over the desired area and Ctrl+J. Moving it to another layer and hiding the original 🙂
