  patch hair flare

  In Photoshop cs6 what is the best way to patch or clone stamp tool hair that is flared from over exposure. I tried both ways and it is either patchy or does not blend well.

  Simplest to copy/paste a similar-looking selection of hair where the problem doesn’t exist, then blend the edges with a layer mask. The top-front hair would likely work here.
