  • Endcaps on a 3D Pole?

I’m just starting to explore the 3d capabilities in Photoshop.
How do I keep the endcap on the top of the verticle post but not the bottom? I’d like the bottom to be flat.
    Thanks!

By the way, this is an excellent tutorial I’m following to get started… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpFttCkXH4M

Haven’t used Photoshop for modeling, but my educated guess is that you want to make the pole without extruded end cap and a separate short piece at the top with the extruded cap.
