  Photoshop Brush – Small Strokes Loading Problem

  Hi

  I’ve been having this problem since I installed Photoshop CC 19.0 . Whenever I draw small strokes, let’s say with a 3px brush, a loading appears followed by a lag, and often the stroke doesn’t apply on the canvas. Whereas, If I draw long sweeping lines, there is no problem. The problem occurs only when I draw small stokes (which is very crucial for detailing and polishing the drawing.) Does anyone know how to solve that problem?
