I have a Dell i5 computer with built-in graphics. So it is sloooooow processing Photoshop/Topaz filters on my photos. I have very limited funds. I would appreciate any suggestions as to upgrading to add a graphics card to this computer. Or is doing so a waste of money?

    Many thanks for any help!

The GTX 1060 3GB version and the GTX 1050 are not that expensive and they have the newer technology. It would probably be money well spent.

Many thanks! In the mean time I’ve discovered that my Dell Inspiron 660 has only a 220 watt power supply. The card your recommend needs 400 watts. Another similar one I found needs 300 w. Looks like I’m stopped dead until I can buy a better computer — probably not worth it to both change the power supply and add a graphics card. Grrr….
