Grand Theft Auto Cartoon Effect?
Hello,
I am creating fan posters for GTA V and recently got my hands on Adobe Photoshop CC. The only problem is it does not have the posterize plug in and I was wondering as to how I could pull off the desired cartoon cover effect from the GTA V wallpapers and game covers? Here’s an example of the kind of effect I’m looking for. Thanks!
