  After Effects CC won’t launch on Windows 7

  I’ve been looking at forum posts and Yahoo Answers and stuff. It seems lots of people have my problem but not exactly and I would also like to avoid deleting it and re-installing it. When I click it on my taskbar, the little white highlight comes over it and then goes away within a few seconds. Iv’e tried launching it other ways, too, but none of them do anything, njot even bring up the loading box.

  Have you installed Service Pack 1 for Windows 7? If not, you must.
