  Adjust color to layer

  How do I adjust the colors on one layer? I’m using color overlay from Layer Style, which isn’t working very well, and when I go to make an adjustment layer, it adjusts colors in all the layers.

  Make that layer a Smart Object.. then edit it and add adjustment layer inside the Smart Object…

  Or trying grouping

  Or try Clipping Mask
