Hi, Im having a problem saving out keyable targa files with images that have a gradated shadow. When these files are imported into aftereffects or another editing program all the gradated shadows have a white halo around them. I understand why but I cant seem to figure out a way around giving, for example, keyable text a nice black to gray graduated shadow look without the white halo that photoshop Produces. Maybe if there was a way to invert the alpha channel that ps creates so black is opaque and white is keyed out? — thanks in advance, Mark

Try placing your shadow on a black background. The alpha channel will give you a nice gradient transparency if it is on a solid color.
