    Hi,

I have a project where I need to cut out an object and knock out the background. It has to be completely clean. When I cut it out I am left with a very small white pixelated edge. It is smooth but creates a small outline around the subject.

What is the best way to isolate an object so that it can be put over a different background. This is at a high resolution and will be printed large.

    Thanks

You might try selecting the empty pixels, invert the selection, contract the selection a pixel at a time and delete more edge pixels.
