  Recreating this background loop

  Hello Dear creative people/cows,

  I was hoping to get some guides on how to recreate the VG loop behind the singer in this video
  I tried making a grid with light sweeps but its far from looking the same
  Any help is appreciated and any suggestion too 🙂

  I shared the video to start from 1:44 but somehow it canceled that
  please check from 1:44 or towards the end.
  I finally built it with VideoCoPilot Optical Flares, but I was wondering if there’s another way to make it look more like this one
