  PE 4, edit photo in slideshow

  Help! I’m creating a slideshow, and I’m unable to access edit photo options from within slideshow. I do have access to the resize, Black and white, color and sepia, but other functions — auto redeye fix, auto smart fix, and more editing — are greyed out. The official adobe site is inscurtable.
  Any ideas?

  Steve- You have to click on the photo in the editing area (the big photo above the playback controls) before the editing options become available.

  Thanks for the response. I found the problem a few days ago. Just on a hunch I uninstalled and cleaned out all the adobe products on my machine — trials, adobe reader, etc. — then did a fresh install. That took care of it. Just a finicky program, I guess.
