  • Cropping issue – can’t go back to the regular project view

    Hello,
I just spent couple hours creating my photoshop project with multiple layers, and after i cropped one image, all the rest of my canvas disappeared and my project got stuck on the cropped image. i can still highlight other images, but i lost the view and the canvas. Is there a way to retrieve my layers/canvas and get unstuck from this one image?
    CS6 on mac
    Thank you.

Cropping doesn’t affect just one layer, it affects the entire image. So if you have saved the file after cropping (overwriting the original) you unfortunately won’t be able to get retrieve anything that fell outside the cropped area. Unless you have an earlier version of the same file, I’m afraid the only option is to recreate it.
