  scroll artwork

  Hi,
  I just don’t get it. I need to be able to save a art scrollwork (black)but without any background, I mean nothing, so that when I insert it on to other photos etc. it’s only the scroll no background.
  I can manage to copy and paste within Photoshop, but I need to be able to save it for use with other software.

  Not clear on what you mean by scroll, but I’m sure it has to do with the art in question. Sounds like you will need to simplify it and then save it for another app. What other software do you need it for? You can use a PNG file – supports transparency.

  Hi,
  Thank you so much for replying. You are right, it was all to do with using the right file extention.
  I save my files under png and hei presto the background is transparent. I got it now.
