  Smart object automated batch incremental save

  Hey there everyone, I have rendered an image sequence off in Maya at 1024 x 576 and I was thinking instead of re rendering it all at 1920 x 1080 is it possible to set up an automated smart object batch. I set up a batch which opened each file as a smart object and resized it but it keeps saving each incremental file with the same file name. Is there something I am missing in the batch options so it saves each file with its original name and there fore resizes the whole sequence?
