  • Animating 3d models Photoshop CS6

    Hi,

I have begun to play with the 3D capabilities in CS6 and had a question. Is it possible to keyframe animate the position of an imported obj model in the photoshop time line?

I can set a position key frame for the layer, but when I move the playhead down the timeline and move the model, nothing happens. I don’t get a new keyframe and the model doesn’t move.

Is it possible to do this? Since Adobe took away the ability to import 3d models into After Effects, it would be nice to be able to animate in Photoshop, render out a file and import it to After Effects.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Chris
