Question for Photoshop wizzards with some After Effects knowledge!
Does Photoshop have an effect or adjustment that does the same as Motion Tile in After Effects? Or something like edge duplication?

Just bring your PSD into After Effects and use that effect. I use After Effects all the time to work on photos.

Well.. the thing is. My boss doesn’t ow. After effects. And I don’t think he want to buy it. So this is a “Photoshop only” job…

Ok, understood.
I don’t know what you want to use that effect for, but you could save your object as a texture and then use the texture fill command to fill a canvas with repetitions of your object.
What do you want to do?
