Folks, I hope this is a Photoshop question. Definitely an Adobe question.

I lost an original tape and all I have is a VHS version with BITC (Burn-in Time Code). I want to use several clips from this interview – and wonder if there is some way to retouch the footage that can be automated. the TC appears over a regular surface – a brick wall, but also over the moving head of the interviewee.

I can export footage to PS and automate commands – for example, select and remove numbers, clone stamp, etc… But I wonder if there is a way to NOT retouch every single frame!

    Thanks very much.
