Light borders after using the Rectangular Marquee Tool..?
Hi,
I was trying to crop a few images and I thought the Rectangular Marquee Tool would be a good tool to use. However, after selecting, creating a new project and paste the selection in the new project I noticed light pixely borders around the image. It’s not so obvious for light images but on black it’s clearly visible.
I’m not sure what’s causing this specifically, although I am sure it happens when applying the tool: I also tried cropping in Microsoft Picture Manager and saving it again with Photoshop, resulting in no light borders. Some have suggested it’s caused by the feather tool but it’s set to 0px…
Help is much appreciated.. thanks!
