  CS5 & Lion

  I’m having to install CS5 on a new MBP with Lion on it is CS5 running ok with Lion? Also my copy of CS5 is an education version so I can only instal it on two machines (which I have now) is it as simple as de-aurthrising CS5 on one machine so I can install it on the new machine??
