  3D text editing advice and tips

  Ok so I’m pretty stuck and I don’t if it’s possible to do this any traditional way..but is there anyway to make text you’ve already razterized into 3D using Repousse or any other method in photoshop?

  I have applied styles and actually edited the text to make it look different than the original font..But when I do that I lose the ability to turn it into 3D. On top of that I can’t have any text styles, like BLACK or BOLD, which I wanted to use.

  I hope this makes sense, but is there anyway to make the text after I’ve edited it into 3D?

  I have CS5 btw..
