  Adobe Photoshop CS5 | Error 16

  I installed Adobe Photoshop CS5.
  By mistake I accidentally deleted the ‘hosts’ file from c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc.
  i then downloaded a replacement ‘hosts’ file.
  now i get an error every time i try to start the program.

  anyone familiar what error 16 in photoshop is?
