  best settings for a video in photoshop

  Hi!
  Im working on a video where I’m compressing a video in final cut for photoshop but the resolution of the video looks very bad in photoshop. Does anyone know the best settings that i can compress my video so it has a clear resolution? Also what settings should i render the video in photoshop when I’m all done editing it so I can export it back into FCP.

  What is the size of your source video? 1920×1080? 1280×720? DV (720×480)?

  it looks bad in photoshop because of pixel aspect ratio

  render out as quicktime animation, or qt photo-jpeg, or qt png.
