Hi, new here, wondering if I could get some advice
Hello, never posted here before, was wondering if anyone here could give advice on how to reproduce the sand swept by wind look on this banner behind the cars please?

I’m not a pro at that type of thing but I can think of a couple approaches I would try…
1. create or use a custom brush and change the brush options until you get the desired effect. If you have a pen tablet, the pressure sensitivity would aid you in the fading effect
2. could try adding blur filters to some of the brush stokes created in the above step.
3. layering different strokes changing blending modes/ opacity of layers
4. using one of the distortion type filters on the brush strokes.If you figure out a technique for a look you want you could draw lines with the pen tool and stroke them with the brush settings to create a smooth curving stroke.
