  Locked Files

  I just installed CS3 to my new comp-that has Windows 7. Everytime I try to save a photo after working on it in Photoshop-I get a message saying that the file is locked and I must use PROPERTIES command in the Windows Explorer to unlock it. I have tried everything, with no luck.

  Try save as and use a new name. Is it possible your original image came from a CD which would be a locked image?
