I have several videos which I upload every month to our web guy for posting. Along with these videos I have to supply two thumbnails of different resolutions. Currently this is a tedious process of opening the files in MPEG Streamclip and exporting individual frames. I use MPEG Streamclip because it’s got the quickest turnaround from open to export so far.

I’m wondering though if there’s a process in Photoshop that I can use to automate the process. Open the files, grab a random frame and save out to two different jpgs. Or perhaps there’s a different application that already does this?

    Any help would be appreciative.
